Early Years SENCO Day

Last week it was Early Years SENCO Day, and we couldn't let the occasion pass without celebrating our wonderful Head SENCO, Lindsay. 💛

Lindsay's knowledge is second to none, and her passion for ensuring every child receives the support they deserve never goes unnoticed. Whether it's offering guidance to families, working alongside professionals, or championing children when extra support is needed, Lindsay always goes above and beyond.

Her dedication has also inspired Josie, Pippa and Penny to further develop their own knowledge and skills, working alongside St Austell College to complete introductory SEN training within the Early Years sector. This commitment to learning helps us continue to provide the very best support for our children and families.

At Lanivet & District Under Fives, we know that children thrive when they feel valued, understood and included. Our SENCO team plays a vital role in identifying needs early, implementing tailored support, and creating an environment where every child can shine.
